What we collect through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and why
This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure how well our advertising works. Through them we collect:
- —the pages you view on this site

- —Meta’s cookies (_fbp and _fbc) where they are set in your browser
We use this to understand which ads lead to enquiries and to manage our advertising spend. This data is shared with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which processes it under its own terms. You can read how Meta uses data at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Our lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to business-to-business enquiries and running our business. We have considered the impact on you and are satisfied that this processing is what you would reasonably expect when you send us an enquiry.
We rely on your consent for non-essential cookies, including those set by the Meta Pixel. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser or by blocking third-party cookies.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for 24 months from the date of your last contact with us, then delete it. Advertising measurement data is retained by Meta according to its own retention periods.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- —access the personal data we hold about you
- —have inaccurate data corrected
- —have your data erased
- —object to our processing of your data
To exercise any of these rights, email us at ben@dialspace.io. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
